Donald Trump would be America’s healthiest president, doctor’s letter says

He was declared unfit to fight in Vietnam but according to the Republican candidates physician his physical strength and stamina are extraordinary

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has released a letter from his personal physician stating that he will be the healthiest individual ever elected to the presidency.

The letter, dated 4 December 2015, was written by Dr Harold Bornstein, a gastroenterologist at Lenox Hill hospital in New York. According to the letter, Trump recently underwent a complete medical examination that showed only positive results. Bornstein, who has served as Trumps doctor since 1980, and whose father was his physician before that, notably claimed that the Republican candidate has no history of ever using alcohol or tobacco products.

Over the past twelve months, he has lost at least fifteen pounds, Bornstein wrote. Mr. Trump takes 81 mg of aspirin daily and a low dose of a statin. His PSA test score is 0.15 (very low). His physical strength and stamina are extraordinary.

He added that Trumps blood pressure was 110/65, which is astonishingly excellent and that his cardiovascular status is excellent. According to Bornstein, the business magnate has never had cancer, nor has he ever had a hip, knee, or shoulder replacement, or any other orthopedic surgery. Bornstein did admit that Trump had had an appendectomy at the age of 10, which must not have been excellent.
