Advanced Disposal Commences Secondary Public Offering Of Common Stock

- Advanced Disposal Services, Inc. (the "Company") (NYSE: ADSW) announced today the launch of a secondary public offering of its common stock. Certain stockholders of the Company (the "Selling Stockholders") are offering for sale to the public 13,500,000 shares of the Company's common stock owned by them. The Selling Stockholders will grant to the underwriters of the secondary offering an option to purchase up to 2,025,000 additional shares of common stock. The Company is not offering any stock in this transaction and will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares by the Selling Stockholders.

UBS Investment Bank, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC will act as lead joint book-running managers and representatives of the underwriters for the offering. Macquarie Capital (USA) Inc. will also act as a lead joint book-running manager. Barclays Capital Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, BofA Merrill Lynch and Stifel will act as joint book-running managers, and First Analysis Securities Corporation will act as co-manager.
